TWO Plymouth men have started a podcast aimed at helping other males with their health and wellbeing. Paul Johnson, 40, and Danny Allen, 33, are both health and fitness professionals and are sharing their knowledge, along with the help of a number of guests, on the Everyday Perspective podcast.
Paul and Danny have been releasing weekly episodes of their show. The pair are self-taught and transformed their Estover studio themselves.
They wanted to start the podcast with the hope of talking to experts and getting the ‘everyday perspective’ to help men find purpose and level up through self-improvement while escaping low mood.
