A PLYMOUTH dad who struggled with his mental health since he was a teenager and found ‘instant relief’ from a support group has now launched a brand new one.
Craig Harrison has been involved with Andy’s Man Club since 2018, a suicide prevention charity which offers free-to-attend support groups across the UK. The group aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and to help men through the power of conversation.
Dad-of-one, Craig, first walked into the Newton Abbot group five years ago after spending the day in his office “in tears”. After walking into the group he felt supported and hasn’t looked back since.
