Market stall a smash hit with buyers across world

A PLYMOUTH market stall that sells toy cars and teddy bears is expanding for the third time as its collectibles go international.

The Cars and Bears outlet is moving to a triple unit in Plymouth Market as it attracts buyers from as far away as Canada.

The stall, run by brother and sister Bob Smith and Julie Leverett, has become one of the stand-out stars of the constantly evolving council-owned pannier market. In just three years, it has grown from a single unit to a one-and-a-half, double and now triple stand, with its toy cars selling for up to £500 and its vintage bears shifting for more than £200 - but with items 'to suit all pockets!
