Five innocent people lost their lives in the shootings when Jake Davison, 22, killed his mother Maxine, 51, after a row and then shot dead four others in a 12-minute attack.
Davison's shotgun license had been taken from him after a row with two youths but was returned to him shortly before the shootings.
