AN inspiring Plymouth man has set himself an epic ultra challenge.
Jack Baxendale is raising money for the Movember movement, which focuses on men's health and mental health awareness.
Movember started up 20 years ago in 2003 and began with an idea of bringing back the moustache as a fashion trend. The idea was that moustaches would be a talking point for males, associated with the serious health issues facing men such as prostate and testicular cancer.
Importantly, the Movember movement also focuses on men's mental health and risk of suicide, emphasising the importance of being 'a man of more words' and sharing feelings.
