The Herald|July 01, 2022

Hospital team's charity challenge

The team of nurses and healthcare assistants from the hospital's Ocean Suite will be taking on 1,085m high Snowdon, which is the tallest peak in Wales, and typically takes six to eight hours to climb.

The Ocean Suite at the University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust provides care for all pregnancy-related conditions up to 20 weeks. The team wants to raise funds for the charity as a way to give back to Sands, who provide bereavement training and guidance for staff as well as memory boxes and keepsakes for parents.
