CITY council leader Richard Bingley is confident Plymouth’s 44 million health hub will be built but maybe not until 2027.
The council’s Tory supremo said Plymouth City Council has identified a potential partner and funding for the stalled scheme. He told The Herald the council was fully committed” to building the West End Health and Wellbeing Hub. He also said he was confident the scheme, earmarked for Colin Campbell Court, could be delivered in the next three or four years”
Cllr Bingley said: We are excited about some new ideas, plans that we will be bringing forward to the public domain. We are fully committed to building the hub and have crossparty commitment. It is a priority for the city centre”
