A CONFECTIONARY company with outlets in Tavistock and Plymouth are marking the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by donating proceeds from the sale of its flapjacks to the Plant A Tree For the Jubilee appeal.
Flapjackery – which recently opened an outlet on Southside Street on the Barbican – said it will donate £1.50 to The Queen’s Green Canopy every time someone buys eight or 12 flapjacks from any of its shops.
Carol Myott and Sally Jenkin, who founded Flapjackery in 2015, want to support the project and encourage their customers to support it too, to help with the creation of a lasting legacy that will honor The Queen and benefit the future generations.
Their growing business also has stores in Wells, Minehead, and St Ives.
