Vijayan’s daughter Veena and her company Exalogic were found to have received monthly payments from a sand mining company named CMRL, which the company has entered in its books, but at the same time clarifying that no services were rendered by her firm in lieu of the payments.
The IT board stumbled upon the payments, which the company officials confirmed, but informed the board that while the company had entered into a contract with Veena’s firm, no services were received in return.
