The Delhi Police arrested Shankar Mishra, who in a drunken state allegedly urinated on an elderly co-passenger on an Air India flight in November, late on Friday
The police had mounted pressure on Mr Mishra's family members in the city, questioning them on his whereabouts as his cell phone was switched off. With not much information coming forth, they played a waiting game.
Mr Mishra was on the run after the woman's complaint went viral, triggering anger on social media.
