Former ATC manager, wife among dead; toll reaches 16

Thebodies of a retired general manager of Mumbai airport air traffic control (ATC) and his wife were retrieved from the wreckage at the crash site of the 250tonne Ghatkopar hoarding on Thursday. With the discovery of their bodies, the toll in the crash has now gone up to 16.
