Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday said that the decision of Calcutta High Court on religion based reservation is welcome.
CALCUTTA HC'S DECISION IS A SLAP ON THE FACE: SAI

It is a slap on the face of those religion-based vote doing bank politics and appeasement politics.

Interacting with the media before leaving for Jharkhand, he said Congress and Indi alliance are continuously conspiring to murder the Constitution. The religion based reservation has no place in the Indian Constitution. On Wednesday, Calcutta High Court canceled all the religionbased OBC certificates issued in West Bengal after 2010. It is a major decision for the OBC, tribal and all backward communities of the country.
