Bihar NDA on Monday announced seat sharing pact for Lok Sabha election under which BJP would contest 17 seats, JD (U) 16, LJP (Ram Vilas) five, Hindustanti Awam Morcha (HAM) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) one seat each.
While BJP will contest on the same number of seats it had contested in the 2019 Lok Sabha election, JD (U) will field its candidates in one seat less. JD (U) conceded its sitting Gaya seat to HAM and sitting Karakat seat to RLM but BJP compensated it by giving its sitting Sheohar seat to the former.
