Information about the criminal records of all the candidates fielded by the political parties in the Lok Sabha elections will have to be made public. It has to be justified why the ticket was given to the person concerned.
As per the record released, for Brijmohan Agarwal, Raipur Lok Sabha candidate, it is stated that a case was registered against him under sections 500, 501 of IPC in 2003.
