BAGHEL REVEALS NAMES OF 167 ACCUSED IN LOHARIDIH

These individuals face charges of arson, murder, and mob lynching. Baghel questioned whether the BJP government intends to seek the death penalty for all the accused.

During the press conference at Rajiv Bhawan, Baghel listed the charges, including the newly implemented mob lynching law, which he believes is being applied for the first time in this case.

Other serious charges include murder, rioting, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Baghel pointed out that despite previously asking five questions to the government, he has yet to receive a response.
