SUPREME COURT ASKS MADRAS HIGH COURT TO TAKE CORRECTIVE MEASURES: TWO ORDERS IN SAME CASE; DIFFERENT VERSION UPLOADED IN WEBSITE

The Supreme Court in the case observed and has asked High Court to take necessary corrective measures, wherein the court found strange where the order which was uploaded in the website of the Madras High Court was found to be different from the order which the court has initially pronounced. 
SUPREME COURT ASKS MADRAS HIGH COURT TO TAKE CORRECTIVE MEASURES: TWO ORDERS IN SAME CASE; DIFFERENT VERSION UPLOADED IN WEBSITE

The Supreme Court in September 2022 had called up for a report from the Madras High Court Registry, when the said discrepancy was being brought to notice, after the court terminated the said situation "unusual".

A report has also been submitted by the Registrar General of the High Court before the Supreme Court in the sealed cover. 

The bench comprising of Justice Ajay Rastogi and Justice Bela Trivedi in the case observed and recorded satisfaction with the justification provided on January 23. The details of the order was not recorded by the bench.
