ASSESSING BHOLA SINGH'S PERFORMANCE AS BULANDSHAHR'S MP
The Daily Guardian
|December 08, 2023
A ground-level survey of the Bulandshahr parliamentary constituency was conducted by India News to analyse the performance of Bhola Singh, the Member of Parliament from Bulandshahr, and to gather voters’ feedback about him.
-
Bhola Singh is an Indian politician from Shikarpur, Bulandshahr district belonging to Bhartiya Janata Party. He contested and was elected in 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Bulandshahr (Lok Sabha constituency) as BJP candidate. Bhola Singh, a youth leader associated with the BJP’s Scheduled Caste Morcha, has carved a distinct identity. Considered close to the party’s high command, he is actively advancing in his political career. Recently appointed as in-charge for Rajasthan elections, he aims to become a popular public figure.
The Bulandshahr Lok Sabha seat, significant since 1952, was initially Congress-dominated until 1971. Recent years saw BJP dominance, with around 20 lakh voters. Proximity to Delhi accelerates regional development. Notably, development-oriented voting prevails over caste considerations. Despite challenges, the area witnesses a promising pace of development, showing a shift from traditional electoral influences.
The 2024 general elections are particularly significant for the Bulandshahr Lok Sabha seat. Before the elections, the public here will surely evaluate the performance of their Member of Parliament. India News is also conducting an accurate survey to assess the performance of the MP, presenting the opinions of the public before the nation.
