Lauren and Jeff tie the knot in 3-day Italian extravaganza

AMAZON founder Jeff Bezos and his new wife Lauren Sanchez Bezos partied until the early hours yesterday after marrying in Venice in the "wedding of the century".

The bride, 55, wowed in a flowing white lace Dolce & Gabbana gown, while the billionaire groom, 61, dressed in a smart black tuxedo.

Former TV news anchor Lauren, whose wedding ring is believed to be worth £7million, said she felt like "the luckiest woman on the planet".

In a nod to tradition, she also wore something borrowed a pair of D&G earrings and something blue a “secret souvenir” from her April trip to the edge of space onboard Jeff's Blue Origin rocket.
