HARRODS is planning legal action against the estate of disgraced ex-owner Mohamed al-Fayed, it has emerged.

The department store, owned by a Qatari sover-eign wealth fund since 2010, reportedly plans to file a passing-over applica-tion in the High Court as early as next week.
The move hopes to recoup compensation running into millions for alleged sexual abuse victims of the late tycoon.
