NBI arrests former Manila councilor for kidnap-for-ransom

The National Bureau of Investigation has arrested a former Manila councilor for a kidnap-for-ransom case.
The NBI identified the accused as former fifth district councilor Roderick Dayanan Valbuena.
He was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 in Pasay City on Tuesday morning, May 20, after he arrived from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
