
CALLING someone a 'hidden gem' might be cliché, but it's how many people have described new eatery, Fire and Ice.
More so 'hidden in plain site', located just off the A6 behind Nawab Restaurant, Fire and Ice offers barbecue food cooked on high, hot flames giving incredible flavour.
Described as a café, diner and bistro, it opened in late 2019 and was subsequently hit hard by the pandemic within a few months - having a disastrous impact on the new business as the future for hospitality looked bleak. Thankfully, online orders kept it afloat so now we can all enjoy the delicious food.
