A RAGING knifeman slashed a dad with a kitchen knife in front of his 'terrified children after accusing him of having an affair with his wife.
Sci Zhen Xie drove to the man's house in Salford after wrongly believing that his wife had been unfaithful.
She was friends with the victim, a widower, and had been helping his three children with some school work because he had difficulties with English. Xie's children and the victim's kids would sometimes play together.
But one Tuesday evening Xie, 42, turned up at his home and knocked on his door while he was preparing food for his family, Manchester Crown Court heard. “Where's my wife?" Xie asked in Mandarin.
