POLICE found a baby laid across the front seat of a car after they stopped the driver outside a school.
Officers at Greater Manchester Police's Roads Policing Unit stopped the car in Whitefield at around 3pm as they carried out routine checks.
The baby was found unrestrained and laid across the front seat of the car, which had previously been travelling along the road.
