Those looking for a licence to ride boats or vessels, typically for recreational or professional purposes, can now take the test on line.
If you pass the exam, you will receive the marine licence without visiting the authority in person, according to the Dubai Maritime Authority of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC).
