GALWAY senior ladies football joint-manager Maghnus Breathnach feels there is a real feel-good factor surrounding his team at the minute.
After Gerry Fahy stepped down as manager at the start of the season, Breathnach and All-Ireland winner in 2004 Fiona Wynne were appointed as joint managers of the Tribeswomen.
Breatnhnach (left) said: "Myself and Fiona bounce off each other well. We probably challenge each other in different ways because we want to succeed and do the best for the group."
Galway defeated Mayo in the Connacht Championship decider in Tuam Stadium on May 15th where they ran out 1-12 - 1-08 victors.
Breatnhnach said: "The vibes are great in the camp at the moment obviously when you win your provincial title it's a great feeling and it's probably just a reward for the girls in putting a serious amount of hard work over the last few months.
