Officers say the killer, who they named as Ryan Palmeter, 21, was racist and that the shootings were racially motivated.
Palmeter, who was white, firstly murdered a woman – Angela Michelle Carr, 52 – while she was in her car. He then killed two men, Jarrald De’Shaun Gallion, 29, and AJ Laguerre Jr, 19, in a nearby shop.
