Promoter Bob Arum vows to put on fights in Middle East

Arum, who previously managed Muhammad Ali, had struck up a working relationship with Kinahan and previously said he paid the cartel chief $1 million for each of four bouts involving Tyson Fury.

The 90-year-old claimed Kinahan was an "honest" and "honourable" man and he was happy to work with him during an interview in 2020.

However, Arum has said he has since cut ties with Kinahan after he and six other members of his cartel were officially sanctioned by the US Government in April.

Speaking this week, Arum - who was Fury's US promoter - said he still plans to put on fights in the Gulf where Kinahan lives.
