AN RTE documentary has revealed the disturbing practice of a priest using the last rites sacrament to "cure" people of being gay.
Marina Forrestal recalled being anointed with oil by a cleric in the mid-70s as he administered the sacrament of the sick.
In Outitude, she said her hands were anointed to prevent her from engaging in homosexual acts and she also heard gay men endured the same practice.
