I'll leave it all out there says title-hunting John

NO EASY RYDE

JOHN RYDER claims he will leave everything in the ring on Saturday against Zach Parker because he knows it could be his last world title chance.

Ryder faces Parker for the vacant interim WBO super-middleweight crown at The O2 and the winner will be in line for a crack at the belt currently held by undisputed champ Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez (inset).

The Islington fighter lost by a highly-controversial unanimous points decision when he challenged Callum Smith for the WBA Super title three years ago.

At 34, Ryder knows he may not get another opportunity and Parker says that makes him more dangerous.
