The Dancing With The Stars finalist, 30, and the American actress said they were "so excited as they shared the news online.
"Baby Girl McGinty coming in March!!! we are so excited," they wrote in an announcement on Instagram.
The Derry native added: "Gonna be a girl dad, with a smiley face as he shared footage of them popping pink confetti at a gender reveal party with their nearest and dearest at the weekend.
The couple, who are based in the US, also shared images posing together with a picture of their baby scan, both beaming with joy.
Friends and famous faces flocked to congratulate the pair, including a host of Damien's fellow Dancing with the Stars colleagues.
