BURGER King has been accused of beefing up the size of its most famous hamburger.
The firm is facing a £4million lawsuit over claims it has advertised its famous Whopper as being 35% bigger than it actually is.
Around 20 disgruntled customers have brought a proposed class action case in the US, saying Burger King ads show ingredients "overflowing" the bun and depict more than double the meat actually served.
