Govt's veterinary unit on wheels: A success in hilly, remote areas

The state government's Mobile Veterinary unit (MVU)-1962, an on-wheel service to treat injured animals, has provided medical treatment to over 280,000 ill and injured animals so far, an official monitoring the service said on Monday, adding that it has been a huge success especially in hilly terrain and far-flung rural plain areas.
