LUCKNOW: The Rae Bareli district administration has decided to cancel over 52,000 birth certificates generated on "bogus" addresses in eleven villages, district panchayati raj officer (DPRO) Saumya Sheel Singh said on Friday, a year after the National Investigation Agency flagged some of these certificates.
