Party animals: Pugh and Foxx lead celebration after the Baftas

ANYA TAYLOR-JOY, Jamie Foxx and Florence Pugh were among the big names partying after the Baftas as Emma Mackey admitted it was "surreal" to have won an award.

Party animals: Pugh and Foxx lead celebration after the Baftas

Mackey won the EE Rising Star Award in recognition of her leading turn in the Emily Brontë biopic Emily, beating her fellow Sex Education star Aimee Lou Wood as well as Daryl McCormack, Sheila Atim and Naomi Ackie.

She told the Standard afterwards that she was delighted to win the prize - the only one voted for by the public but said it was odd being up against her "best friend" Wood.
