The Essex lad told Lana, who he has been coupled with, that they were "too good" together.
He said he'd tell new Love Island bombshell Ellie who picked him when she joined - he was not interested in getting to know her romantically.
Lana told Ron he shouldn't make such declarations in case he found out he did have a spark with Ellie.
