Fulham's top scorer has hit the net 11 times this season and will beat his previous Premier League best if he scores against Brentford tonight.
But to do that, the 28-year-old Serbia star will have to end a seven-game goal drought - his longest in two years.
Cottagers boss Silva said: "I am not concerned. He has the skills to score goals. But he is much more than just a goal scorer.
"I am sure that the goals will come if Mitrovic is in good form, if he is playing week-in, week-out. The goals will be a consequence of that.
"This is my focus, to get the best from him and I don't want to put this pressure on him to score the goals."
