A magistrate described the common assault as an act of "stupidity" and "frustration" but not premeditated and did not record a conviction against the tennis ace, 27.
Kyrgios pushed pushed his former girlfriend to the ground during a row in January 2021, the court, in Canberra, Australia, heard.
