JOEY Barton has launched a charity GoFundMe page to help pay for his legal battle with Jeremy Vine.
The presenter, below, is suing Barton for defamation after the former footballer called him a "bike n**ce".
Barton says he will use any cash raised to counter-sue the Radio 2 host, and has promised to donate any profits from the case to Alder Hospital in Hey Children's Liverpool.
He told fans: "The GoFundMe isn't to defend against this [law suit].
