ONE of the lottery winners of a mega &pound;1billion Powerball jackpot has revealed he is battling cancer.
Cheng "Charlie" Saephan, of Portland, Oregon, has had cancer for eight years and underwent his latest bout of chemotherapy only last week.
The immigrant from Laos, Asia, and his wife, Duanpen, 37, will split the prize with his pal Laiza Chao, 55, who chipped in $100 to buy a batch of tickets.&nbsp;Father-of-two Charlie, 46, said: "I will be able to provide for my family and my health." He added that he would also "find a good doctor for myself"
After he bought the shared tickets from a convenience store, Laiza sent a photo of them to Charlie and said: "We're billionaires."
It was a joke as the draw hadn't yet happened, Charlie said, but the next day it came true.
