JOHN GOSDEN praised the work ethic of Hollie Doyle after the rider created another slice of history.
She became the first female to partner the Qatar Nassau Stakes winner after success on Nashwa at day three of Glorious Goodwood.
Watched by her mother Caroline, absent from Doyle’s success in last year’s Goodwood Cup on Trueshan as she was battling cancer, the popular rider saluted the cheering crowd.
“I’m shaking, I’m so excited,” said Doyle’s mother. “I don’t know how she stays so cool.
