<p>A POORLY man's dog was stolen as he was being treated in the street by paramedics.</p>
<p>Joel Banks was being put into the back of an ambulance on a stretcher when thieves fled with his Staffordshire bull terrier cross, Ghost.</p>
<p>He was walking Ghost when he suddenly fell to the ground unconscious.</p>
<p>A passer-by called 999, but two men are believed to have&nbsp;told medics they knew Joel and would look after one year-old Ghost, who is worth &pound;5,000.</p>
