Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli were left freaked out after an act used the tech in an audition for this year&rsquo;s series.
Rask AI used images of the judges to make it look like they were singing while dressed as characters from The Greatest Showman.
When it was unveiled at the London Palladium audition, the judges were stunned.
Amanda, 53, worries show boss Simon Cowell, 64, will replace her with a virtual version, admitting: &ldquo;It&rsquo;s probably cheaper.&rdquo; Bruno, 68, replied: &ldquo;Don&rsquo;t give him an idea.&rdquo;
Simon isn&rsquo;t worried about the rise of AI and was thrilled to see an act using it. He said: &ldquo;We just saw these four people come out and then there were cameras and we just looked up and were like, &lsquo;Oh my God, it&rsquo;s us&rsquo;.
&ldquo;It&rsquo;s another example of somebody doing something different.&rdquo;
Other acts we&rsquo;ll see this year include cheerleaders, a martial arts group and an impressionist. The new series starts tomorrow at 7.30pm on ITV1.
