BROKE Boris Becker is going to court to stop the broadcast of a TV prank involving the tennis star and a pile of cash.
The legend, who is serving two-and-a-half years for hiding &pound;2.5million of assets after his bankruptcy, was allegedly tricked by German comedian Oliver Pocher.
Becker thought he was getting an award for his fashion sense but the trophy was full of cash from a spoof fundraiser called "Make Boris Rich Again".
The 54-year-old reportedly wants&nbsp;to ban the Pocher - Dangerously Honest episode on RTL.
The case is due to begin at Offenburg District Court in Germany on July 26.
Becker's lawyer Samy Hammad said: "Boris Becker was ridiculed."
But Pocher's lawyer Dr Patricia Cronemeyer said she had "every confidence that the lawsuit will be dismissed" three-time.
Disgraced Wimbledon champ Becker is serving his term in Huntercombe near Henley-on-Thames, Oxon.
