Barry Groves, 41, of Portsmouth, said the smells most associated with England which also included sausage rolls and cow were pats "classic."&nbsp;
He said: "I agree with the fry-up, lager&nbsp;shandy and the sausage roll, ...but I'm not sure about cow pats.
"Mind you, I spend most of my time eating meat products in Wetherspoons with a pint of lager shandy, so I&nbsp;don't get to the countryside much."
