MOVIE star James McAvoy has told how he was sickened by racist abuse hurled at theatre co-stars in Glasgow.

He said: "I was just really saddened. Absolutely shocked and scunnered."

FURIOUS James McAvoy has told how his female co-stars in his Cyrano de Bergerac theatre show were racially abused when the production came to Glasgow.

The disgusted 43-year-old actor revealed how the female cast members suffered "sexually explicit and violent" taunts on a daily basis during their time in his home city.
