HANNAH Waddingham is in talks to appear on this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Sources say the Ted Lasso actress, who co-presented the Eurovision Song Contest last year, has been approached by BBC bosses.
And insiders say Hannah - who is a close friend of&nbsp;judge Anton Du Beke - is seriously considering their offer.
One source revealed: "Hannah would be an incredible signing for Strictly this year.
"She loves the show and is keen to do it. It's just a question of whether or&nbsp;not it's possible to fit it into her schedule. It's a very big commitment, and she is incredibly in demand."
Hannah, 49, won an Emmy in 2021 for her role as Rebecca Welton in Apple TV drama Ted Lasso. Last year, she presented the Olivier Awards, before teaming up with Graham Norton and Alesha Dixon to host Eurovision in Liverpool in May.
She stole the show at last month's BAFTAs, moving audiences to tears with her performance.
The source went on: "Hannah is fast approaching national treasure status, and she'd be a smash hit with fans."
A BBC spokesman declined to comment.
