SEX workers had their human rights violated by a ban on strip clubs in Edinburgh, a judge was told yesterday.
They are being discriminated against by the closure of their places of work, a judicial review of the decision due to take place in April heard.
Aidan O'Neill KC, for owners of four strip clubs, said the city council had taken a "No Sex Please We're British approach".
