Nicole Dorothy Blain, 27, is charged with killing Thea, who is understood to have been about two weeks old.
The alleged murder took place at a property in Greenock on July 14.
Blain appeared in private at Greenock Sheriff Court yesterday and made no plea.&nbsp;She was released on bail.
A fundraiser was launched in wake of baby Thea's death last month.
Organisers raised about &pound;1200 to help pay her funeral costs in the hope they could pay for a horse-drawn&nbsp;carriage to take her on her final journey.
The page read that Thea had "gone to sleep for the last time" and asked for donations to help pay for the horse drawn carriage.
Organisers wrote: "Hey, we're looking to raise some funds towards the best horse-drawn carriage for baby Thea.
"All money raised will be sent directly to the funeral directors of Nicole's choice towards the carriage."
However, the page has since been suspended and is no longer accepting donations.
