Glasgow-born Richard Scatchard's decaying body was found in a caravan last week after a manhunt.
Police wanted to speak to him over the death of Kelly Faiers, 61, discovered at his home in Minehead, Somerset, last October.
Scatchard, 70, had&nbsp;convictions for sex offences including drugging his victims.
Kelly's daughters Jazz Faiers and Tania Jackson said they have been robbed of closure due to his death. Jazz said: "It&nbsp;doesn't bring us any form of closure or justice.
"There should have been a court case.
"The whole thing wasn't fair on us and his past victims.
"He shouldn't have been&nbsp;י allowed to die," Tania said police made an error by previously not checking the caravan where he was found.
She added: "He liked caravanning. It seems in the obvious place."
