The Oxfordshire village of Goring-on-Thames, which was home to the Wham star, will be invaded by fans from all over the UK on Saturday June 24.
Goring's village hall will come alive with a George&nbsp;Michael tribute act, to raise money for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.
George passed away at his home in the village on Christmas Day 2016, aged 53. In the days after his death, thousands of fans from all over the world descended on the village to pay tribute to the singer.
In the subsequent years, they have held celebrations&nbsp;on his birthday to raise money for the various charities he supported.
Organiser Rachel Alderton said: "Even after he's gone, George's charity work keeps going and that's what we like to do in his name."
Tickets to the event sold out within 24 hours of going on sale but the organisers plan a live show and auction on the day.
